Report: Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen hire divorce lawyers
The couple, who married in 2009, have reportedly been living separately in recent months following an “epic fight.”
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen’s marriage, the new subject of widespread newspaper hypothesis, could be making a beeline for an end, as indicated by another report from Page Six.
The New York Post’s tattle page detailed Tuesday that Brady and Bündchen have both recruited separate from legal counselors, flagging a possibly long-lasting split for the couple, who wedded in February 2009.
Individuals magazine detailed a marginally unique rendition of occasions Tuesday evening, refering to unknown sources that said Brady was “attempting to sort out what to do” after Bündchen employed a separation legal counselor, and that the quarterback is effectively looking for his own portrayal.
A delegate for Brady and Bündchen had not answered a solicitation for input from Boston.com at the hour of this article’s distribution.
Page Six quoted multiple anonymous sources in its report, with one saying that the couple’s protracted argument about Brady’s decision to unretire from the NFL could ultimately “be the end of them.”

Page Six initially reported on September 1 that Brady and Bundchen were having marital troubles, highlighting Brady’s decision to unretire from the NFL as the primary focus of an “epic fight” between the pair. Both Page Six and CNN reported that the couple were living separately.
Later that month, however, Page Six quoted a source reportedly close to Bundchen who said that the couple’s marital strife was “not due to [Brady’s] decision to play football again — sometimes things are complicated.”
The next day, yet another source told Page Six that the marriage’s troubles were not due to infidelity, and that Brady and Bundchen had “recently struggled to make their marriage work and have grown apart.”
Some time before Brady declared his retirement from the NFL on February 1, 2022 (and afterward altered his perspective 40 days after the fact), both he and Bündchen recognized having intense conversations about the quarterback’s profession and the effect it had on his loved ones.
Bündchen has said that she didn’t love the hits that Brady took on the field. During a 2017 interview with CBS, Bündchen said that Brady had suffered a concussion not previously reported by the Patriots, adding that she didn’t think it was “a healthy thing for anybody to go through.”
Brady, in the interim, has recognized on numerous occasions that Bündchen believed him should accomplish favoring the home front. In an April 2020 meeting with Howard Harsh, Brady said that the couple had gone to treatment after Bündchen thought of him a letter enumerating her disappointment with their marriage.
“She didn’t feel I was doing my part for the family,” Brady said. “I needed to make a major change in my life to say, ‘I can’t do everything that I needed to accomplish for football like I used to. I have to deal with things in my family in light of the fact that my family, the circumstance wasn’t perfect. She wasn’t happy with our marriage.”
In August, Brady required an unforeseen 11-day holiday from the Marauders during the pre-season, which he later cleared up was expected for individual reasons.
“It’s all private,” Brady said. “You know, everybody has various circumstances they’re managing so we as a whole have truly novel difficulties to our life. You know. I’m 45 years of age, man. There’s a ton of s*** going on. So you’ve quite recently got to attempt to sort out life all that can be expected. You know, it’s a persistent interaction.”
